Series Overview

Kubota’s revolutionary plough series redefines agricultural precision, delivering superior performance across diverse farming landscapes. Engineered with cutting-edge Variomat® technology, the RM/RS Series represents the future of efficient, powerful tillage.

Features

Kubota TTS (Trailer Transport Solution) The turnable cross shaft with a maximum 45° mutual offset during transport ensures this plough behaves like a trailer for excellent control and can easily convert from transport to ploughing. Operators can drive with confidence knowing the plough is exceptionally safe, with no tilting out when driving on curves.

Features

Aero-orofile legs The 80cm-tall aero-profile legs on the RM/RS Plough Series utilises a special design to maximize soil flow while preventing potential blockage in heavy residues, manure, cover crops or when doing deep ploughing. These robust legs are made of preshaped components, limiting weldings, and their low-weight, hollow design generates efficiency through a low pulling requirement and, in turn, low fuel consumption.

Features

Auto-reset system Take advantage of Kubota’s cutting-edge mechanical leaf spring system for non-stop ploughing. That’s right – no maintenance required. The legs, plough and tractor are all protected, extending the life of the unit. On top of that, the legs release independently and come back to the correct position on their own for quality ploughing, every time. You can easily adjust the release force by simply unscrewing two bolts to add or remove springs.

Features

Smart skimmers adjustment This plough has the unique ability to centrally adjust the skimmers working depth for quick operations and top-notch performance. The right and left skimmers adjust simultaneously to maximize efficiency, while the correct adjustment of skimmers contributes to a higher quality of ploughing. There are also plain or notched disc coulters available (18”/45cm or 20”/50cm).

Features

Main frame Kubota frames are heat-treated by induction twice and supplied as one singular part without weldings to provide you with a frame 3 times stronger than non-heat-treated frames. This unique induction process increases robustness, flexibility and durability in an essential part of your plough: the frame. Stronger doesn’t mean heavier, though, to maximize your tractor’s lifetime, fuel consumption, lifting capacities, pulling forces and more.

Features

Working width Make your working width work for your needs with the stepless Vari-width® system for easy adjustments. This patented system is available with hydraulic or mechanical furrow adjustments, both of which provide simple variation of ploughing capacity. You’ll always find the perfect blend between tractor capacity, implement and soil conditions with the precision to plough right up to hedges, fences, trees and ditches. Work faster with up to 30% more capacity while saving up to 18% in fuel reduction costs. With a unique, non-wearing linkage joint between the beams and the mainframe and a perfect line of pull every time, you’ll lower draft requirements and minimize wear and tear, keeping your plough going strong for the long haul.

Features

Heat treatment With over 140 years of experience, Kubota heat treatment technology produces steel that can withstand the toughest of conditions with the best robustness-to-weight ratio on the market. Competitors with similar robustness add more steel, meaning more weight, quicker wear and disappointing ploughing results. Kubota steel provides two key benefits to your ploughing operation: less weight and more resistance. These factors combine to give you a plough that is easier to pull with minimum breakage, lower fuel consumption, less maintenance, faster ploughing and the highest secondhand plough value in the market.
